This is crazy! How hormones and our menstrual cycle can trigger existing ADHD.

If you are like me (and many of other women out there) and get super moody, annoyed, depressed and with crazy anxiety before your period, you need to read this! You are not alone. There should be more studies on the subject and awareness. ADHD doesn’t mean you are bouncing off the walls. It’s different for everyone. There are more studies on men, than women due to our hormone changes every month. How do we change that? How do we help our self and the future generations? Remember: I am new to all this. Yes, I have lived with it all my life, but I am not an expert . I want to learn as much as I can and provide valuable information that may benefit you.
