Why pick 2021 to start sharing with you what has worked for me? Because I think we all deserve to be our best selves. We can all transform in to who we want to be, we just have to heal within. 2020 has shown me that time doesn't stop. Your life keeps on going. So are you’re ready? Because I am!
Frist and foremost, Hi! I am Claudia. I am wife; mom of two amazing, smart girls: Halo and Sofia. We have two dogs that are a big part of our family. I enjoy reality tv, I LOVE Grey's Anatomy. I enjoy running outdoors and I am passionate about health and fitness! As part of self-development I believe that if you work on your self-mentality, the physical aspect will follow along the way.
I have a full-time job that I enjoy in the medical field. I am enjoying life by pursuing my passion in healthcare and fitness, as well balancing a good relationship with food. I enjoy helping others in reaching their fitness and health goals, all while staying safe at home/observing social distancing. I am not a doctor or a nutritionist. I am merely here to share what has worked for me in transforming in to the person I am today.
